Does the guest have to return the vehicle with the same level of fuel?

Yes, the guest has to return the vehicle with the same level of fuel. This is ensured by taking pictures of the fuel level at pick up and drop off and uploading them on the Drive mate platform. In case of a difference in fuel level, the guest will be charged in line with our fuel policy.
