How can I switch my car?

To switch your car under the Flex+ program, simply inform us of your desired car after visiting the Flex+ website. We will take the necessary actions to facilitate the switch. Please keep in mind that car switching cannot be done in the middle of the week, and we kindly request a two-week notice to make the necessary arrangements.

Requesting a switch is free, you'll only need to pay the difference in subscription costs for the new chosen vehicle. Do note that the switch can only be implemented after the initial 8 week period with a 2 week notice. You will be required to bring the car to the agreed location and pick the new car.
