How to Handle Trip Modification/Extension Requests:

 

Notification: When a guest submits a trip modification or extension request, you'll receive a notification and the modification/extension request will appear on the respective Trip page.

 

Review the Request: Take a close look at the details on Trip page such as Modified duration, Additional earnings. (Attach a screenshot here)

 

Approve or Decline: After reviewing the request and confirming that it can be accommodated, you can either approve or decline it through the buttons on the Trip page.

 

Be ready: Once approved, please make sure that you are ready for the new pickup or drop-off timings.
