What happens if the car requires maintenance or repairs?

It is Hosts' responsibility to ensure that maintenance is kept up to date at all times. In case of unexpected maintenance or general repairs; Drive mate will help assist and coordinate with Hosts to help cars back onto the road as soon as possible.

Drive mate is unable to provide nor guarantee the use of alternative cars or offer loss-of-use compensation whilst vehicles are in for general maintenance and mechanical repair; these reimbursements are up to Host discretion.

For vehicles deemed to be in an at-fault accident; Guests will not receive any refund for the balance of the subscription and Drive mate will not be able to provide alternative vehicles or reimburse for the time whilst car is in the workshop for smash repairs.
