Steps to Make a Payment
Submit Your Booking Request
Once you choose your service or product and complete the booking form, click Submit.
Enter Your Payment Details
After submitting the request, you'll be prompted to enter your debit or credit card information on our secure checkout page.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Confirm Your Payment
Review the details and confirm the payment.
Your card will be charged only after the booking is confirmed (unless otherwise stated).
Payment Information
Security: All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway.
Accepted Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
Fees: No additional processing fees apply unless noted at checkout.
Failed Payments: If your payment fails, you will be notified immediately and can try again or use a different card.
Changing Your Payment Method
Currently, you can only change your payment method during checkout. Changing your card from the Profile > Payment Methods section is not supported for security reasons.
To change your card during a new booking:
Steps
Start your booking and proceed to checkout.
On the payment screen, you’ll see your saved card.
Tap Add New Card.
Enter your new card details and tap Save.
The new card will be used for this booking and saved to your profile.
If there’s an error while adding the new card, it won’t be saved, and your previous card may be removed. You’ll need to re-enter a valid card.
Removing a Payment Method
At this time, Drive mate does not allow users to remove a card directly from the app or website unless a new card is being added.
If you need to remove a saved card without adding a new one:

Provide your account email and the last 4 digits of the card to be removed.
