If you no longer wish to use Drive mate, you can request to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
Who Can Use This
Any Drive mate user who wants to permanently close their account.
Important Before You Start
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
All your data, including trip history, personal details, and settings, will be permanently deleted.
You cannot delete your account directly from the app or website due to security reasons.
How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your account, follow these steps:
Contact Support:
Via Chat: Open the Drive Mate app or website and start a chat with our support team.
By Phone: Call us at +61341602205.
Make the Request:
Clearly state that you would like your Drive mate account permanently deleted.
Provide any verification details if requested (e.g., your registered email or phone number).
Confirmation and Processing:
Once your request is received and verified, your account and data will be deleted within 24 hours.
You will receive a confirmation message when the deletion is complete.
