If you no longer wish to list your vehicle on the Drive mate platform, you can request to have it delisted. Follow the steps below to begin the process.
How to Request Vehicle Removal
To request the removal of your car:
1) Contact Drive mate Support using one of the following methods:

2) In your message, include:
Your full name
Your Drive mate email address
Your vehicleโs license plate number
The reason for removing the car (e.g., vehicle sold, undergoing maintenance, personal use)
What Happens Next
Our team will review your request within 1โ2 business days.
Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
Your car will be delisted and no longer available for bookings on the platform.
Important Notes
Active Bookings: All upcoming trips must be completed or cancelled before we can process the removal.
Future Relisting: You can request to relist your car at any time in the future.
Host Account: Removing a car does not deactivate your host account. You can continue to manage other vehicles or relist when ready.
