How to Relist Your Car

1) Contact Drive mate Support using one of the following methods:

Phone: +61 341 602 205

Live chat: Available via the Drive mate app or website

2) In your message, include:

  • Your full name

  • Your Drive mate email address

  • The vehicle’s registration plate number

  • A note that you’d like to relist your vehicle

What Happens Next

  • Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

  • If your car still meets all platform requirements (e.g., valid registration, insurance, and maintenance standards), it will be relisted.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your vehicle is live again on the platform.

Note:

If your car was delisted due to a violation or unresolved issue, we may require additional information or steps before it can be relisted.
