Installation fee
The cost of Otoplug installation is $400 per vehicle. You can choose one of two payment options:

Before you start
1. Check your car’s eligibility – Your car must have a standard OBD2 port.
2. Choose your payment option – Upfront or instalments.
3. Prepare your car – The technician will need access to the vehicle during installation.
How installation works
1. Book your installation
After you confirm your payment option, our Support team will contact you to arrange a convenient time and location.
2. Professional installation
A certified technician installs Otoplug discreetly in your car. Installation usually takes about one hour and does not require permanent changes.
3. Testing and activation
The technician tests the connection with the Drive mate app. Once active, you can manage guest access (lock and unlock) directly from the app.
